Our Story

A Natural Approach to Better Health

Dr. Naeem Abuassaf has been pursuing his passion for healing for more than 29 years. He became a medical doctor at Damascus University Medical School in Syria in 1994 and practiced as both: General Practioner and later as a Trauma Surgeon.

It was during this time, that his father became deaf and modern medicine had no cure for him.

Dr. Naeem began searching for alternative forms of healing. After reading about Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture, he tried it on his father. After 6 treatments, his father regained his hearing, and this set Dr. Naeem on his path to Oriental Medicine.

He came to the United States and studied Oriental Medicine at SAMRA University in California and became a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. He has also educated others about medicine as a Professor of Anatomy and Physiology at Southern California University of Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, California.

After coming to Texas in 2010 to open his practice, he has continued his education, becoming certified in Hypnotherapy as well as NLP in order to better help his patients in relieving their anxiety, depression, phobias and addictions.

Dr. Naeem enjoys spending his free time pursuing his passion for writing, music and learning new modalities and methods to further help his patients.
